Constructed in 1992 and designed by WZMH Architects, La Tour McGill stands on one of Montreal's most prestigious streets. Commonly known by it's address, 1501 McGill College Ave, the building serves as a 36 story office space for various different legal and financial firms. In this backlit photograph, I wanted to emphasize the building's sharp, straight lines (straight line image), while simultaneously putting it's unique architecture on display. I chose to add different elements to the frame, like part of a different building and part of a tree, to make the overall image more interesting and fun. Located on 1030 rue de Bleury, this beautifully designed building was constructed in 2020, making it only five years old today. The 39-story condo complex, offers a variety of luxurious and modern units, as well as various different amenities.
